After a seven week absence from the Top 5, FX’s Sons of Anarchy jumped up four places to #5 on this week’s TOMAmeter. A shocking departure for a series regular surely helped boost mentions, and expect the program to remain at the top of the rankings as we draw closer to the final episode in just a few weeks.
Fox’s Gotham (#4) and ABC’s How to Get Away with Murder (#6) are still representing for the new broadcast programs in the top half of the rankings, while CW’s The Flash fell five places to #11, which is the lowest ranking for the program since it entered the Top 20 at the start of October.
CBS’ Scorpion took a hard blow in the standings this week by falling seven spots to #20, replacing last week’s 20th most mentioned program, Family Guy (which fell completely out of the Top 20).
The Top 20 remained fairly intact from last week, and so, CBS with four programs is again the most represented network. CW continues to be strongly represented as the network shares second place honors with ABC. Both networks had three programs in our Top 20 this week.
