AMC’s The Walking Dead remains unchallenged at the top of our rankings, however FX’s American Horror Story is hot on its tail, sliding back up to #5 this week after moving down to #6 last week.

CW’s The Flash is encroaching on the Top 5 after moving up two places to #6. The increase in the standings however, was not as noble as Netflix’s Orange is the New Black which gained five spots to become our 14th most mentioned program.

After a week outside the Top 20, CBS’ Scorpion makes the leap back in, landing at #13 this week.

Just missing out on the Top 20 this week was NBC’s new fall program Constantine. NBC’s comic spinoff should look to improve its placement with a strong following much like other adapted programs such as FOX’s Gotham (#3) and CW’s The Flash (#6) and Arrow (#18).

CBS just narrowly edged out ABC for the top honors with four programs as the network most represented in our TOMAmeter this week. ABC shared the honor of second place with Fox and CW, with three of the most mentioned programs.

New programs in our Top 20: CBS’ Scorpion (#13), CW’s Supernatural (#19) and FOX’s Family Guy (#20).

No longer in our Top 20 this week: NFL (previously #17), CBS’ CSI (previously #18) and ABC’s Dancing with the Stars (previously #20).

Each week, Ipsos MediaCT TV Dailies seeks to find out what television shows have people talking. Collecting over 5,000 unaided responses among persons ages 13-64, TV Dailies produces a top of mind awareness meter (TOMAmeter) that details the 20 most spontaneously mentioned television shows.

Here are your TOMAmeter results for October 27 – November 2.
